Our Story Begins
Yatai Hibachi Food Trailer is the Family owned operated since 25th July, 2020. Our Chef "Made Sudira" had been over 10 years of experience as a Teppanyaki Chef in local Japanese restaurants.
"We're so excited to be opening our food trailer in Harpers Ferry. We'll bring Japanese hibachi-style cooking delicious and affordable hibachi meals! All prepared with our house teriyaki sauce and famous white yum-yum sauce."
